Merchant digital entry

Publishing guide

Publish = make services on the domain entry live for customers. After editing in the portal, click Publish; visitors open your domain in the browser to see the latest content.

Principles

  • Merchant-initiated: publish only after you confirm the content
  • Per domain entry: once published, visitors on your domain see the latest config
  • Receipt → Photos: ask customers to screenshot listen receipts (domain + QR); the wallet does not store order history

Merchant workflow

  1. Sign in at merchant portal, bind domain and wallet ID (claim digital identity)
  2. Configure capabilities on the entry (coupons / cards / listen modules)
  3. Click Publish to save and go live
  4. Visit your domain and verify with the customer page guide (including receipt screenshots)
  5. To change content, edit and Publish again

Domain DNS

Your business domain should CNAME to 302wallet.com. Visitor traffic does not pass through idnwallet.com.

See the CNAME guide (CNAME detection is authoritative; TXT is legacy only).

FAQ

  • Not live after publish: confirm CNAME propagation (often 5–15 minutes)
  • Wrong content: edit and republish in the portal
  • Offline App cannot redeem: ensure the App fetched the latest /config.json
